Individual results vary, and no specific health or performance outcome is guaranteed.By using our services, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for providing accurate health and safety information, following staff instructions, and informing us of any condition, medication, pregnancy, sensitivity, or other circumstance that may affect their safety. Services may be refused or discontinued when safety concerns arise.Cryotherapy is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult your healthcare provider regarding whether cryotherapy is appropriate for you.Participation requires completion of applicable screening and informed-consent documentation. Refund Policy - The Basics

We understand that plans can change. Appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late cancellations, no-shows, and missed appointments may be subject to applicable fees or loss of a booking credit.
Refund eligibility varies by service, package, membership, event booking, gift card, promotional offer, or other purchase and is governed by the applicable terms provided at the time of purchase. Deposits, prepaid services, and promotional purchases may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
If Arctic Breeze must cancel or discontinue a service due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, operational circumstances, or other conditions beyond the customer's control, we may offer a rescheduled appointment, service credit, or refund as appropriate.
If a service is deferred or declined because our health and safety screening indicates that participation may not be appropriate, refund or credit eligibility will depend on the applicable purchase terms.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may require reasonable processing time.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
